Kimberly is a passionate advocate for people with over twenty years of executive experience spanning financial services, technology, healthcare, industrials, consumer goods, and entertainment. Most recently, she served as Head of Business Strategy & Commercial Growth for Wells Fargo and previously as SVP & CMO for GE Capital.
A firm believer in the player-coach leadership model, Kimberly collaborates closely with her clients, supporting leaders in achieving strategic goals and delivering innovative solutions. She is known for her clarity of thought and resourcefulness, adeptly analyzing complex internal and external factors to sharpen business priorities.
As a skilled facilitator for executive teams, Kimberly guides high-stakes discussions and fosters alignment on strategic goals. Her dynamic, thoughtful approach ensures all voices are heard while keeping the focus on outcomes. Her insight into organizational strategy and interpersonal dynamics creates an environment of trust, enabling candid dialogue, effective problem-solving, and actionable planning.
Kimberly holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Over the past decade, she has applied her education and executive expertise to coaching leaders on sustainable high performance.
Outside her professional life, Kimberly is dedicated to philanthropy. She serves on the board of 3Arts and mentors through Chicago Innovation’s Women’s Co-op, demonstrating her commitment to making a positive impact in the broader community.
