    Kimberly is a passionate advocate for people. Her twenty years of executive experience in the c-suite spans across diverse sectors including music & entertainment, consumer goods, technology, financial services, healthcare, and industrials. Notably, Kimberly recently served as Chief Marketing Officer for Wells Fargo and prior to that was SVP & CMO for GE Capital.

     

    She is a firm believer in player-coach leadership and is highly collaborative with her clients, working side-by-side to support leaders in achieving their strategic goals and delivering innovative solutions. Kimberly is a clear thinker and a resourceful decision-maker, with the ability to analyze multiple internal and external environment factors while bringing focus to business priorities.

     

    She holds an MBA from The University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business. Over the past decade, she has applied her education and executive experience to coaching leaders on sustainable high performance.

     

    Beyond her professional pursuits, Kimberly is deeply committed to philanthropy. She sits on the board of 3Arts and is a mentor to Chicago Innovation’s Women’s Co-op. She is dedicated to making a positive impact in the broader community.
