One of the world’s largest advertising agencies looked to AEI when it decided to invest in leadership development for their emerging leaders. AEI partnered with the firm to create its Global Learning Institute. Each year, AEI onboarded and taught a new cohort of 45 emerging leaders across North America, Europe, and Asia. This included individual 360 feedback and personality assessments, individual coaching, group workshops, and follow-up. Over a period of five years, AEI helped this firm accelerate the pace and depth of emerging leader development, supporting execution of their global growth strategy.

AEI is the exclusive executive coaching firm for a leading multinational financial advisory and investment firm. For the past decade, AEI has provided 12 months of programming to each Managing Director and high-potential Director. Each executive receives 360 feedback, personality assessments, individual coaching, and follow-up. AEI is viewed as a strategic partner and provides senior leadership with feedback based on overarching themes and culture dynamics while maintaining client confidentiality.
