Executive Coach & Consultant
Amanda Felt has over 20 years of professional experience working with executives and talent and development experts from around the world. In addition to her work with AEI, Amanda is an executive coach for the University of Chicago Booth Leadership Effectiveness and Development (LEAD) and Senior Associate Director, Executive Education. Prior, Amanda served as Director at Chicago Booth’s London campus, responsible for launching the Executive Education European practice. She also served as an executive coach for global senior leaders through Thunderbird School of Global Management Executive Education.
Coaching senior leaders, executives and high potential managers, Amanda helps clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves and others. Her clients develop greater freedom to choose how they lead in order to be more effective in a wider array of situations and with a wider array of personalities. Amanda’s coaching practice is grounded in the behavioral sciences and her training in Rogerian (client-centered) therapy.
Amanda has a Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts from Arizona State University School of Human Communication. She has a Level II Certification in Hogan Assessments and trained in the Enneagram.
Amanda is currently on the board of Chicago Lights, an organization founded in 1964 that seeks to support and meet the needs of children, youth, and adults facing the challenges of poverty in Chicago.
She lives in Chicago’s East Lakeview neighborhood with her husband and two children.
