Alicia Del Real

Alicia brings nearly 20 years of professional and executive experience in the retail and CPG industries. Recently, Alicia served as GM for a PepsiCo sales region, managing a $200MM P&L and a 200+ person team. She added value, drove growth and made a difference in the lives of individuals. Alicia spent over a decade in finance before moving to other roles including; strategy, national account management, and sales. Throughout her career, Alicia has been actively engaged with initiatives in leadership development and organizational excellence.
At AEI, Alicia helps individuals reach their potential. Alicia focuses on the whole person to help leaders increase both self-awareness and social-awareness resulting in meaningful and sustainable growth. Alicia combines her experience as an executive with her graduate level education in Organizational Psychology. Alicia’s clients are senior leaders and high potential talent at some of the world’s most respected organizations and their shared efforts are aimed at raising the leader and organization’s level of engagement. Alicia finds that success in the long-term depends on emotional intelligence and developing this in the leader at the level of identity.
Alicia also enjoying teaching emotional intelligence at Lake Forest College, University of Pennsylvania, and University of Chicago, Booth School of Business.
Alicia earned her Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Drexel University. Alicia has a Master’s in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania. She is trained in the Enneagram through the Enneagram Institute. Alicia also holds a Certificate in Executive Coaching and Organizational Consulting from the University of Pennsylvania.
Alicia lives in Chicago with her husband and their three boys.
