At AEI, Alicia helps individuals and teams reach their potential by focusing on the whole person to help leaders increase both self-awareness and social-awareness for meaningful and sustainable growth. Alicia combines her experience as an executive with her graduate level education in Organizational Psychology. Alicia’s clients are senior leaders and high potential talent at some of the world’s most respected companies and their shared efforts are aimed at raising the leader and organization’s level of engagement. Alicia finds that success in the long-term depends on emotional intelligence and developing this in the leader at the level of identity.
Alicia also enjoys teaching executive education classes on emotional intelligence at University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business and NYU’s Stern School of Business. She is a founder of the Chicago Women’s Leadership Accelerator, committed to gender parity in leadership, and a mentor for MHub, the nation’s leading hardtech and manufacturing innovation center.
Prior to AEI, Alicia served as general manager for a PepsiCo sales region, managing a $200M P&L and a 200+ person team. Throughout her career, Alicia has been actively engaged with initiatives in leadership development and organizational excellence.
Alicia earned a Master’s in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania and has an undergraduate degree in Finance. She is trained in the Enneagram through the Enneagram Institute. She is certfied in the Hogan Assessments. She is a certified Agile Coach as well as a Certified Psychological Safety Practitioner. Alicia also holds a Certificate in Executive Coaching and Organizational Consulting from the University of Pennsylvania.
