    As an experienced and certified executive coach, Shana Pote partners with established and emerging leaders to deepen self-awareness and lead with authenticity. Drawing on over 30 years of experience across Fortune 100 corporations, startups, higher education, and nonprofits, she applies her recognition of leadership patterns across varied industries and organizational scales to help leaders navigate complexity with clarity and confidence.

    Before moving into executive coaching, Shana’s diverse career spanned numerous industries including manufacturing, professional services, hospitality, retail, entrepreneurship, higher education, and nonprofits. She has worked with organizations varying in size from local bootstrapped startups to global and Fortune 100 companies, such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, Rohm & Haas, Dow Chemical, Greenberg Traurig, Temple University, and the University of Pennsylvania, giving her unique insight into how leaders operate as organizations scale.

    At the heart of Shana’s coaching approach is her belief that authentic leadership rests on two foundations: self-awareness and choice. Known for her ability to identify patterns and subtle dynamics, she often helps clients reframe challenges as signals of unmet boundaries or needs, expanding their capacity for clarity, resilience, and intentional action. She creates space for leaders to see themselves clearly and broaden recognition of the choices available, supporting her clients in navigating complexity with confidence and integrity.

    Shana holds a Master of Science in Organizational Dynamics and certificate in Executive Coaching and Organizational Consulting from the University of Pennsylvania. She also holds a Master of Arts in Human Development from Fielding Graduate University, where she is nearing doctoral candidacy studying how artificial intelligence is changing our corporate and educational systems. She maintains the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation and has completed advanced certifications with the Center for Executive Coaching in disciplines such as leadership influence, organizational effectiveness, and personal mastery.

    Shana resides in Philadelphia where she has also contributed to nonprofit and civic organizations including Open Access Philadelphia and Philadelphia Reads, reflecting her commitment to access, equity, and participation in leadership and learning.
