    Senior Executive Coach & Facilitator

Jennifer Samreny brings more than 25 years of experience partnering with senior leaders and organizations navigating growth, transformation, and increasing complexity. She has worked extensively with global and cross-cultural teams, including time living and working in Europe, giving her a nuanced understanding of the challenges leaders face in distributed and multinational environments.

Jennifer specializes in leadership development during moments of transition, when leaders and organizations are evolving and the demands of leadership are shifting. Her work focuses on strengthening leadership effectiveness, aligning organizational systems and culture, and supporting teams to make better decisions together. She has partnered with leaders across technology, professional services, healthcare, and high-growth organizations.

Jennifer’s coaching is grounded in the belief that meaningful leadership growth happens when insight meets courage. She creates a thoughtful, reflective space where leaders can step back from day-to-day pressures, examine the patterns and assumptions shaping their leadership, and make more intentional choices about how they show up. Known for her ability to quickly surface underlying dynamics, she helps leaders articulate what is often felt but not yet said, unlocking clarity, alignment, and forward progress.

Her approach integrates practical frameworks with deeper reflective work, often incorporating tools such as the iEQ9 Enneagram and Situational Leadership® to help leaders better understand their motivations, expand their adaptability, and strengthen their impact. Through this work, clients build greater presence, navigate complexity more effectively, and lead their teams with clarity and purpose.

Jennifer holds an MBA from Mannheim Business School in Germany and a BS in Human Resource Management from the University of Richmond. She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation, an accredited iEQ9 Enneagram practitioner, and a certified Situational Leadership® facilitator.
