Claudia is an Executive Coach with AEI and brings more than 20 years of experience in international and domestic business leadership. She has deep expertise in the energy, commodities, foreign exchange, and hospitality industries. With an extensive background coaching and training individuals and groups on skills development and leadership, Claudia is a creative, research-based and experiential learning practitioner.

Claudia has cultivated a particular focus on collective growth - how growth is accelerated when individuals and teams are bonded with others - and coaches professionals navigating transitions such as new leadership roles, career changes, and intercultural challenges. Through her two decades of leadership experience, Claudia has gained deep perspective on how organizations can operate as highly interconnected and interdependent systems with human relationships at their core.

Previously, Claudia served as Director of Liquidity & Capital Markets for Hilton Worldwide, where she led the implementation of their $4 billion notional foreign exchange hedging program and executed a cash investment strategy of $2.5 billion annually. Prior to that role she served as Supervisor of Wholesale Trading Market Risk with Constellation Energy. At Constellation, she partnered with Mid-Atlantic and Texas power and gas portfolio managers on overseeing and managing their risk structure (approximately $5 billion) and led the risk management integration of the M&A and due diligence teams for three acquired retail companies. She also led the transformation of Albanesi, a natural gas trading company, through the highly volatile landscape of Argentina’s 2002 default, successfully managing economic, political, and regulatory challenges to expand the business.

In addition to her role with AEI, Claudia is an adjunct faculty member with the Organizational Dynamics Program and The Stavros Niarchos Paideia Program at the University of Pennsylvania. She is also an inheritance coach with Franklin Karibjanian & Law PPLC, coaching individuals and families transitioning their wealth to newer generations, and a Principal in the area of leadership development with Appanage LLC.

Claudia is fluent in Spanish, Italian, and English. She also speaks French and Greek. She earned a Master of Philosophy in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Buenos Aires. In addition, Claudia earned a Certificate in Executive Coaching and Organizational Consulting from the University of Pennsylvania.
