    President, Partner, & Executive Coach

    Amanda Felt is an executive coach and organizational consultant working with professionals, their teams, and organizations. Grounded in the behavioral sciences and her training in positive psychology, Amanda creates the conditions necessary for individuals and groups to reach higher levels of sustainable performance.

     

    Amanda has over 20 years experience in leadership development. She has served as an executive coach for clients from around the world and from multiple industries. Prior to becoming a partner with AEI, Amanda served as an executive coach for the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and as Senior Associate Director of Executive Education. In that role, she worked closely with talent and learning development executives to design and deliver global executive education programs, including for
    ABB, Abbvie, Barclays, Exelon, HSBC, KraftHeinz, and LLoyds Bank. Amanda also served as Director at Chicago Booth’s London campus, where she was responsible for launching the Executive Education European practice.

     

    Amanda has a Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts from Arizona State University School of Human Communication. She has trained at the Enneagram Institute, is certified in Hogan Assessments and has trained with Harvard’s Professor Robert Kagan in the ITC method.

     

    Amanda is an executive board member currently serving as Vice President for Chicago Lights, a non-profit organization founded in 1964 that seeks to support and meet the needs of children, youth, and adults facing the challenges of poverty in Chicago.
     

    She lives in Chicago’s East Lakeview neighborhood with her husband and two children.
