Organizational Dynamics Partner
Margaret has been an advisor and organizational culture consultant with the Center for Advanced Emotional Intelligence since 2003.
Margaret applies her passion for anthropology to organizational culture. With the AEI team, she uses quantitative, qualitative, and anecdotal data, to create a complete and reliable picture of the culture of an organization.
“Our understanding of behavior—in nations, industries, organizations, and individuals—allows us to interpret this data in light of the organization’s goals, and make clear and concrete recommendations for changes that will affect organizational performance.”
Margaret earned her undergraduate degree in anthropology from Princeton University. Margaret has also completed postgraduate studies in family systems theory at the Bowen Center in Georgetown.
