Leadership Leverage A program for companies seeking to unify a group of senior executives around a plan or initiative. The first phase of the program is devoted to the individual development of the group members, with each participant undergoing a highly personalized self-assessment and 360-assessment process. Participants are coached individually and as a group on how to leverage the personal development process to ensure effective communications and improved organizational performance.

Sustainable Good: High Performance and the Level Five Environment A program for corporate officers seeking to build or restore a high-performance culture throughout their organizations. Because successful culture development depends on effective leadership, this program integrates three processes: the assessment and development of individual team members; a corporate culture audit; and customized group work designed to address the issues and goals of the team or organization.
