Programs for Individual Executives

Below are our most popular programs; however, we do offer individualized executive coaching programs that meet our clients' needs.

Authentic Leader Program
A program designed for senior executives, entrepreneurs, and executives designated as high potentials. Participants receive a basic introduction to AEI’s leadership model through a set of assigned readings and films, and through one-on-one discussions with an AEI coach. As an integral part of the process, participants also increase their self-awareness through a process of self- and 360- assessment. Each client is individually coached on how to convert self-knowledge into more effective, authentic leadership.

DURATION:

Success Paradox Program The most popular of AEI’s offerings, this yearlong program introduces participants to some of the most pivotal research in leadership development and culture change. Beginning with personal development, participants are given the tools with which to convert self-knowledge into personal and team effectiveness and improved business performance.

Delphi Program A program intended for policy-making executives seeking to gain a competitive advantage through culture change. This yearlong program combines personal development with an intensive analysis of the Good to Great study published by Jim Collins. The Delphi Program is coached exclusively by AEI’s founder or president.
