Each member has extensive experience working directly with clients from a variety of industries -- from global Fortune l00 companies to privately held and publicly-traded emerging companies. We are a group of professionals with years of experience and expertise in leadership, coaching, psychology, philosophy, cultural anthropology, business and strategy. We facilitate powerful and sustainable change at the identity level for individuals, teams, organizational units and whole organizations. AEI understands how executive leaders think, how they feel and what they do. Paul Wieand, Founder Paul Wieand spent 20 years in banking before leaving the corporate world, in 1990, to pursue a Doctorate in Psychology. During his career in banking, Paul held the positions of CFO, Executive VP of Strategic Planning, COO and CEO. His last banking position was as CEO and Chairman of a Forbes 500 bank, where he continued to serve on the board of directors until 2001. |
